Guarden - 2x4 Greenhouse Replacement Cover - GN2448F
come with the hoops and etc...?

I agree this does need to be better explained on our site. The GN2448F is the cover only. To get the hoops and cover you need to order the cover system Guarden - 2x4 Cover System - GS2448F.
